How to practice past questions, take proctored school examinations, use tools, and review solutions.
CBT Past Questions Practice
Browse WAEC, JAMB, NECO, and school terminal past papers on /practice. Practice online with real-time scoring, or download papers for 100% offline practice.
Official Proctored Exams
Official exams have scheduled start and expiry dates. When the test begins, proctoring tracks window switches and an active timer counts down. If time expires, your exam auto-submits safely.
Coding Assessments
For programming tests, write code directly inside the embedded editor in Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, or Go. Use the "Run Code" button to test your logic against test cases.
On-Screen Calculator
Click the Calculator button or press C to open the floating calculator. Switch between Standard and Scientific modes (trig, logs, powers, and constants).
Question Dispute Filing
Notice an ambiguous question or wrong answer key? Click "Report Question" during or after the test to submit a dispute ticket. School examiners review tickets to correct answers.
Performance Analytics
Visit /practice/history to inspect your historical performance, topic mastery percentages, score improvements, and review test answer sheets.

Resolving Question Disputes
Open your institution's Question Disputes tab or visit /moderation/disputes. Examine candidate-flagged errors. If a dispute is legitimate, clicking "Accept & Update Key" will instantly update the marking guide.
School Setup, Cohorts & Student PIN Management
Configure your multi-tenant portal, class cohorts, curriculum subjects, and batch candidate roster enrollment.
1. Student PIN Logins
Students do not need complex email accounts. ExamHub generates candidate identifiers (e.g. STU-2026-001) and 4-digit PINs for seamless exam-room authentication.
2. Class Cohorts & Subjects
Organize students into class groups (e.g. SS3 Diamond, JSS 1 Gold) and assign curriculum subjects. Live exams can be restricted to specific cohorts.
3. Batch Roster Excel Import
Upload an entire grade or school roster in seconds via Excel (.xlsx) on the School Admin Console (/admin/manage).

Offline Mode & Synchronization Center
How ExamHub enables full computer-based testing without active internet connections.

On any past exam card on /practice or inside an organization page, click the "Save Offline" button. The complete question bundle, options, and explanations are stored securely inside your browser's offline store.

When you have zero internet, open the Sync Center (/sync). All downloaded papers are listed and ready for immediate timed simulation with question palette navigation and on-screen calculator.
3. Auto-Saving & Sealing
Every 30 seconds and upon each answer selection, your test progress is saved locally. If the browser closes unexpectedly or your battery dies, you can resume exactly where you left off.
4. Cloud Synchronization
Once your device connects back to the internet, open the Sync Center and click "Sync All Pending to Cloud". Completed sessions are uploaded to your student profile, and official submissions are delivered to your examiner.
